I believe their is an error on this post. Wednesday is on the 27th. The 28th is Thursday.
It's Thursday… The post has been updated.
Will their be a replay encase I can't make that time?
Yes, we'll post it as soon as possible on this page!
Hi Mindy,
Thanks for sharing your professional experiences in the teleconference…and your copywriting journey so far.
The points I appreciate most are acknowledging how copywriting is a whole new ballgame.
Previous professional experiences can be applied here and there, and are useful. However, building a network and hooking up with other copywriters at whatever level I am in my journey…to help smooth the bumps and boost productivity is an energy-building mpve.
Presently, I'm working on launching my first website. And I'm taking Nick Usborne's course, How to Write Your Own Money-Making Websites…with his group.
My deadline goal date for launching my website is March 17th…St. Patrick's Day, of course…maybe sooner.
Thanks again for your blog.
Patricia
Hi Patricia!
I think you hit the nail on the head when you said it's a whole new ballgame with no set map. I've sometimes wished for a step-by-step guide on what to do when, but I've come to realize if I did something like that, it wouldn't be authentic to me. I hope bits and pieces of my journey can help you, and I'm excited about seeing how you and all the other WWW members do so we can learn from and bounce ideas off each other.
Good for you for setting a date for your MMW! I'll be excited to see it.
Mindy
If I may be so bold, may I ask who to contact to find even the $400 per week gig? I feel like I'm trapped in content mill hell and I know I can do better. That's why I joined wealthy writer.
Hi there,
Are you also an AWAI member? That's where I found the $400/week job – through their member website DirectResponseJobs.com. But I know here at the WWW there will be quite a few new job posts coming in. I'd say it's best to keep your eyes pealed for opps here. Most of the other job sites for writers (like elance.com) seem to only post jobs that pay pennies. In contrast, any client who posts a job on the WWW should be prepared to pay reasonable fees.
