In Part One, I’ll show you how to easily create a multi-column display in your WordPress pages using a plugin.

Then, in Part Two, we’ll use another plugin which will allow us to customize those columns by changing the color and borders, and save our changes without having to create a child theme.

But first… Part One:

Adding the Columns

To add the columns with a minimum of fuss, we’re going to use a plugin called: Lightweight Grid Columns.

This plugin is by Thomas Usborne, who is the developer behind such themes as ProFramework and GeneratePress.

In your dashboard, navigate to Plugins, Add New, and let’s search for Lightweight Grid Columns…
