You know how people recommend things like books, and you make a mental note… sometimes you might even write it down? And then you forget all about it… or is that just me?

Well, my roommate from last year’s Bootcamp recommended this book, which I did write down. Then that was the end of it until a couple of weeks ago when a friend from my peer group suggested I read the same book.

That sealed the deal.

So I rushed over to a new window in my web browser and found the audio version on Amazon. I listened to the whole book while I painted my room. When author Craig Ballantyne mentioned that his mentor was AWAI’s very own Mark Ford, I knew the book was going to be a keeper. It struck such a chord that I re-listened later with my pen and notebook at hand.

See, I still have a hard time getting things done. My days are unorganized. If I’m going to reach my goals, that has to change… And Ballantyne spells out the solution to my struggles perfectly in The Perfect Day Formula. It really hits home.
