If you don’t, well maybe you’d like a few tips on how to create one. But first, we’d better define what I mean by “cornerstone content.”
What Is Cornerstone Content?
It’s a page which is critical to your website… a cornerstone or foundation. Think of this page as the one your entire website (or at least a sub-section) pivots around. Without this page, your website would be much diminished.
Cornerstone content are the go-to page or pages on your site. The friendly usher who directs site visitors down the correct aisles to find the content they want.
You might have several cornerstone content pages, depending on your website’s niche. For example, if your site is split into Dog Health, Dog Kennels, and Dog Grooming, then you could have a cornerstone page for each sub-topic.
Are you thinking this could be a good fit for your website? Let’s have a look at an example of cornerstone content.
