Wealthy Web Writer  Submission Guidelines

Wealthy Web Writer publishes content on a variety of topics ranging from industry changes and skill building… to tips for getting clients and insights into how to successfully grow your web-writing business.

We’re always on the lookout for new ideas that will help our members stay in high demand and make more money.

We publish articles, how-to videos, infographics, slide shows, and more. Our topics run the gamut from business skills to what’s changing in web writing to using specific social media platforms to boosting productivity… if it helps our members, we’ll cover it.

We invite you to submit your ideas to us. We’ll take a look, and if we like what we see, there’s a good chance we’ll pay you to publish your original content.

You don’t have to be a Wealthy Web Writer member to submit your ideas. Member or not, publishing on Wealthy Web Writer is a great way for you to…

  • Promote yourself and your expertise…
  • Bring attention to your information product(s)…
  • Get valuable links back to your primary website…
  • And put your name and skills in front of thousands of hungry prospects!

To increase the chances your submission is accepted and published, please read through these guidelines carefully and follow them to a “T.”

What We’re Looking For

Any piece you submit should provide actionable information that a web writer can use to grow their business and achieve greater success. Of course, there are a lot of ways to do this. You can focus on a specific topic like SEO best practices… you can share a success story… you can review a tool or service… you can do an interview… your choices are endless.

Just make sure your submission does two things:

  1. It must relate to web writing and provide a potential benefit to any web writer reading it.
  2. It must include actionable information for readers to put to use.

We even have an article on writing effective articles that can help you get published on Wealthy Web Writer.

Article Length

We prefer to run posts that are between 800 and 1,200 words. That doesn’t mean we won’t make exceptions where appropriate, but you’ll have to make a good case for why your piece is best written to a different length. You are also welcome to submit ideas for how-to videos. Just make sure that the topic can be covered in three minutes.

We also entertain ideas for infographics, slide shows, and mixed media content.

How to Submit

If have an idea you would like us to consider, please craft a traditional query or pitch telling us what your idea is and what key points you’ll cover; why your idea will benefit our audience; and a little bit about your own background.

Then, we will contact you within two weeks to let you know if we want to contract you to write the article or not. If we do contract you to write an article, please plan to include your byline, as well as a picture for our author page.

If you have in-depth knowledge on a particular topic — and you have a related site or product you would like to promote — contact us about doing a webinar. You can bring your website or product to the attention or our audience and our members will benefit from listening to your expertise.
